What makes MasterBilt Homes different from other home builders in Colorado Springs?
We've been building new homes in Colorado Springs, Monument and Black Forest since 1991. We're locally-owned, locally operated, and make our homes in our communities.
As an award-winning new home builder, Every MasterBilt Home is a custom home - regardless of price - regardless of location.
We are the only new home builder in Colorado Springs to offer our new home customers the options of a home trade-in/buyout program for custom built MasterBilt Homes in Colorado Springs, Black Forest, and Monument.
MasterBilt Homes will build on your home site, one of our home sites, or we'll help you find a home site. We take great pride in specializing in new homes in Black Forest, Monument, and northern Colorado Springs.
MasterBilt Homes offers our friends impacted by the Black Forest fire, a resource center for all their insurance, water testing, mortgage, and building questions and needs. Our resource center is staffed with experts from the mortgage, insurance, housing and Real Estate industries. Our sole goal with this office is to be a resource to our friends in the Black Forest. The Black Forest Resource Center is open daily (M-F 10-4, and noon to 5 on weekends) in the Black Forest Shopping Center at 11590 Black Forest Rd.
MasterBilt Homes. Custom built homes without the custom built price.
At this time MasterBilt Homes has not available homes in Colorado Springs, Monument, or Black Forest. We are, however, breaking ground on our newest new home community at The Courtyards at Woodmen at Woodmen and Meridian. These new homes, strarting in the mid $200s, will offer easy access to dowtown Colorado Springs, Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base, and the Powers coridor.
Additionally, our custom home community of Greenland Preserve is closing out fast but we still have one custom home site available for your new custom home in Monument!
Dear Jim & Clark:
